If there’s one thing we take very seriously at Bell Reed, it’s the people looking after your pets. Our team is made up of trained animal care professionals, many holding Level 3 qualifications in Animal Management, alongside training in animal behaviour and pet first aid. In short: they know their stuff.
But what really makes our team special? The love.
The chats with the dogs. The gentle reassurance for nervous guests. The extra cuddles, treats, and “how can you be THIS cute?” moments sprinkled throughout the day.
Our staff understand that every dog and cat is different, and they go above and beyond to make sure each guest feels safe, settled, and completely at home.
